I went to Mike Shaw GMC today to buy a truck.... go figure... I ended up with an SUV. I never by Chevy's.... go figure, I bought a Chevy Equinox. Lester was awesome. He made me feel comfortable right away, always seeking to see if I had any needs, such as water, coffee, soda.... When I had been there for several hours, he asked if I wanted anything and I told him I was hungry, so he went out and got me dinner. He made me feel important, like I was as important as someone coming into buy the most expensive car in the dealership. He worked with me and made it happen, when I have been looking for a car or a truck for over a month. He took into account what my needs were and showed me what I needed to meet my needs. (and it wasn't that truck that I came in looking for). Lester has a good feel for people and works to get them the right vehicle for them, After I bought the car and was on the way home, I called my daughter and told her what I had done and she was thrilled. She said that she got the best deal when she bought her Suburban from Mike Shaw. So, all in all you get my input and a little extra from an unsolicited friend. Went in a few weeks ago looking for one truck and found one i liked. I worked with Lester, who was very helpful and informative. He was straight forward and respectful. Unfortunately, the truck was sold. I went in today because Lester kept me in mind when a new truck hit the lot. I checked it out with him and bought the truck. The process went smooth and comfortable. The whole staff was friendly and interactive as well. I also liked the fact that they rushed through some paperwork due to my grandpa being on a time crunch. Overall an excellent buying experience. Dutch was super helpful in getting us through the financing paperwork and out the door to our next appointment. I came to Mike Shaw Dealership to see what The Buick or GMC dealers had to tow a RV. He introduced me with his name and ask me for mine.Once i explain to him I was interested to see what they had to tow a RV he preceded to present the new 2014 GMC Sierra. He presented the Sierra by explaining every feature and asking if I had time for a test drive. I have spoken to a couple of other salesmen at other brand dealership. I have never seen a salesman that is so through and thoughtful to see that the prospect has all the info concerning the vehicle as well as showing he is a lot more interested in the customer receiving everything he desires in a vehicle than Richard is in making a salesman. I would diffidently refer Mike Shaw dealership, especially salesman Richard Stewart. More

I came in today, after speaking with friendly Shelby, based on an ad I received about my car being purchased and possibly lowering my car payments. I told him my purpose for my visit and he immediately gave me options through the company website for car choices. While, Scott worked numbers Lester took me on a scenic test drive in a 2012 Patriot. Scott came out to chat with me about numbers, give great feedback and even shared a few hearty laughs about the number one team in america right now---Patriots! It was suggested that I take the vehicle home and return it tomorrow to make a better informed decision. I really like the car and whether I buy or not, these guys gave me laughs, smiles and down to earth conversation and you can beat that anywhwere! Thank you guys!
