We have had a car that we have tried to get rid of for the last 8 months or so. The dealer that we had gotten it before had lied about accidents among other stuff so when we tried to trade it no one would the last 8 months or so. We had gone to 6 or 7 dealerships and they all had said the same thing. "Sorry we can't help you" and a couple wouldn't even try to help they just sent us home. Almando took his time to help us every way that he could. His knowledge for the vehicles was superb! He was always straight forward with us at every point. He did such an amazing job that not only did we drive off without our vehicle, we drove home in a BRAND NEW buick! I would recommend this place. (especially almando!!) to anyone who is even considering getting a new or used vehicle. This place and their workers are spectacular! More

Trading in my daughter’s car (VW Bug) for one that sits a little higher off the ground because she is going to school in North Dakota. I had no intention of buying a vehicle but J.R. and Pete found a vehicl little higher off the ground because she is going to school in North Dakota. I had no intention of buying a vehicle but J.R. and Pete found a vehicle that meet our needs and provided a deal I could not pass up. My experience at Mike Shaw Buick was beyond extraordinary. The customer service their team delivers is far beyond excellent. They were so impressive and determined to make me the best deal possible, it prompted me to drive 250 miles from Grand Junction to Colorado Springs to purchase a vehicle from them. Not only did they take terrific care of me during the sale, but they continued to go above and beyond to help me with issues after the deal was made. To say that they bent over backward is an understatement! These guys want to be absolutely SURE that you're happy, and they'll go to great lengths to do so. Dutch, Scott, Shelby, and Almondo were an absolute dream team. I never felt pressured, and I knew I could trust them right away. Almondo still calls me from time to time to see how things are going with my new car, and to ask if he can help with anything. That is unusual! I would highly recommend this team. They'll treat you well, you'll get a GREAT deal, and you'll have new friends for life. Well worth the drive! More
