Richard and the entire sales staff was great. We came in to see if we would qualify for a new car well new to us and Richard was an expert in helping us out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience between Richard being very helpful and friendly to the finance guy being really awesome to work with and friendly. Usually when you go to a car dealership you expect them to try sell you a car just to get the sale but you could tell that Richard really cared about getting us into a the vehicle we wanted if the finance stuff worked out. They even stayed a while after the dealership closed to help us to be able to drive the car home and worked with us with a down payment more than any other dealership would. I wish I had such a great experience when we purchased our other cars. I will be telling all the people I know about the great experience we had with Richard and the whole sales staff. Also since we didn't bring our trade in car with us they are being great and having us bring in the trade in the very next day and since we left after the detail shop closed Richard told us to bring our new to us car and he will have them wash it to make sure it's looking great for us. Mike Shaw has definitely won this family over. More
