Helped me find the car I was looking for and made the buying process super easy and convienent. There were a couple minor things that needed touched up on the car and he set me up with Nick in the service department where everything was taken care of in a timely, professional manner. Great customer service experience and great dealership Within the past 10 years I've lived in the Springs area, I had purchased 12 truck, cars and SUV and not to mention motorcycle as well. I even spend well over $65k on a Land Rover with the guy up the hill and never been treated in such a condescending way. Back in June, it was my birthday, my wife knew I wanted a new Corvette, we look at the dealership up the hill, there weren't any I like for less than $90k. On our way down the hill, I noticed a Corvette that matched all the option I wanted. Ozzy addresses me, I noticed he was pleasant and very courteous towards the both of us. I figured it's just a front he was just putting up. Well I that day I didn't have enough time but for a test drive, I love the car immediately. So we decided to return the next day afternoon. Ozzy was there to greet us again, after a short and i mean really short negotiation, we were doing paper work for the car. The whole car buying experience was by far the best we ever had. Most negotiation takes hours, or I would have to come back the next day, if I added the whole time we spend in the dealership, it was around 2½ hours. Ozzy and the rest of the staff was very professional and they are all subject matter expert in their field. I would go back anytime in the future for my next car buying experience. Thanks Oz. More

So I Bought a truck :) I drove the 3 major brands and got advice until I figured out what I wanted. Found the truck I wanted at Mike Shaw. My husband had to work and he told me, hon just go get the one you want. So I went to the dealership alone and a bit nervous, expecting the usual salesman mauling upon entering the lot, (and happy that didn't happen), walked into the dealership and met Juan Manrique at the front desk. He was lighthearted and funny, no pressure, perfect. We drove the truck, it was exactly what I wanted. Phil Morgan stepped in to run the numbers with Juan. He was respectful, honest, and put together the absolute best deal he could, again with no pressure, a smile, so not your typical car dealership. The kicker,no games. There was no back and forth, jockeying, etc., the number was right the first time. He turned me over to Everette Morrow, a great surprise! I'd gone with my mom 6 years earlier to get her truck and worked with Everette on getting things set up the way she wanted them, he was fantastic. He arranged for the set up that I needed. Everything was done perfectly and quickly, no surprise. The atmosphere at Mike Shaw was fun. It's obvious these guys enjoy their jobs, and they are exceptional people. I never felt like "another sale", fantastic experience. More
