I had told him I was still looking around to find the right truck, and would let him know. He kept in contact with me to see how I was and give me information on the truck. Unfortunately, the truck was sold. I went in today because Lester kept me in mind when a new truck hit the lot. I checked it out with him and bought the truck. The process went smooth and comfortable. The whole staff was friendly and interactive as well. I also liked the fact that they rushed through some paperwork due to my grandpa being on a time crunch. I appreciated all the help, advice, and good time buying my first truck. More
My first new car I bought finally took its last ride. We were in need of a new car and had our exact needs in mind when we found the perfect model on your their lot. We were not able to write this review before our wedding and honeymoon but feel as though a late review is better than no review. Especially a review that says we would send even our grandmother to your dealership to work with Laura on her next car purchasing needs. Laura was not at all pushy or overbearing. Overall an excellent buying experience. Dutch was super helpful in getting us through the financing paperwork and out the door to our next appointment. He was also helpful in ensuring we were receiving all the assistance we were eligible for. Overall could not have been a better experience. More
I came to Mike Shaw Dealership to see what The Buick or GMC dealers had to tow a RV. He introduced me with his name and ask me for mine.Once i explain to him I was interested to see what they had to tow a RV he preceded to present the new 2014 GMC Sierra. He presented the Sierra by explaining every feature and asking if I had time for a test drive. I have spoken to a couple of other salesmen at other brand dealership. I have never seen a salesman that is so through and thoughtful to see that the prospect has all the info concerning the vehicle as well as showing he is a lot more interested in the customer receiving everything he desires in a vehicle than Richard is in making a salesman. I would diffidently refer Mike Shaw dealership, especially salesman Richard Stewart. More
I came in today, after speaking with friendly Shelby, based on an ad I received about my car being purchased and possibly lowering my car payments. I told him my purpose for my visit and he immediately gave me options through the company website for car choices. While, Scott worked numbers Lester took me on a scenic test drive in a 2012 Patriot. Scott came out to chat with me about numbers, give great feedback and even shared a few hearty laughs about the number one team in america right now---Patriots! It was suggested that I take the vehicle home and return it tomorrow to make a better informed decision. I really like the car and whether I buy or not, these guys gave me laughs, smiles and down to earth conversation and you can beat that anywhwere! Thank you guys! In addition, Lester is bringing me a slurpee of my choice and size.....amazing! More

Bought a 2006 Infiniti M35x. Had to have brake work done as part of the purchase. (Brakes were pulsating badly) Front brakes rotors were fixed but on returning to pickup the car the brakes were still pulsa as part of the purchase. (Brakes were pulsating badly) Front brakes rotors were fixed but on returning to pickup the car the brakes were still pulsating badly and required the rear rotors to be repaired. I was disappointed that the service department did not test drive and confirm (I only assume a test drive was not done because the brake problem was not observed and further work done) that the first brake work effort had not solved the problem (particularly on a vehicle safety issue such as brakes). The brake problem and also windshield damage (chips/cracks) were not identified on the multi-point inspection that is widely advertised. (Question how effective the inspection is?) The windshield was not corrected until I asked the service department to have it done. I have had "Brake" "Slip" and "VCD Off" lights" on multiple days since the purchase. I have discussed the light problems with the salesman, but since the lights are an intermittent problem, and the car does not exhibit any driving or brakings failure, I have waited to see if they will fail in a manner that a service department could actually troublehoot. The car seems to be otherwise great and drives very nice. At this point I am reseving a final opinion.(Questionably satisfied at this time.) The sales associate "Bob Carbajal" was a perfect "5" He was professional, informed, sensitive to my position and needs, and tried his best to overcome the issues mentioned above. More
