Great Service I went to get my oil changed and my tire patched because it had a nail in it. I ended up needing new tires. They were not pushy at all and was able to I went to get my oil changed and my tire patched because it had a nail in it. I ended up needing new tires. They were not pushy at all and was able to get the price down cheaper than they quoted. Also, I told them that I had to pick my kids up from day care and they gave me a loaner car for free while mine was being worked on. The customer service was great! More

Great people,great quick service, but I just moved from Florida and my dealership there always washed my car after any service, but this dealership did not. They might not even have a car washing service for their patrons, but the service from drive up to drive out was good. A bit confusing where to go for the appointments, but once you,ve been there once it will be a breeze next time. Nice people! Eric was great. More

Great experience and great quality used car I recently purchased a used 2008 GMC Yukon XL Denali from Mike Shaw. The Sales rep, Rob (a veteran) was a great guy to work with. He was knowledgeable I recently purchased a used 2008 GMC Yukon XL Denali from Mike Shaw. The Sales rep, Rob (a veteran) was a great guy to work with. He was knowledgeable and very good. There were a few minor things that I wanted fixed on the vehicle before the purchase (light bulbs in the interior, mirror fixed, new tires) and the team handled this with quickly and very professionally.
