Poor customer service I have always taken my vehicles to be serviced at mike shaw. They have always been great and very prompt with excellent customer service. Because of t I have always taken my vehicles to be serviced at mike shaw. They have always been great and very prompt with excellent customer service. Because of this, I have referred many people and and they were the first place I went when it was time to buy a new vehicle. If you are looking to buy a car, go somewhere else. I was given a price and my trade in was given a value that sounded good. I wanted to think about it and check prices with some other dealerships. I decide to go with Mike Shaw and then was told, "after looking over our numbers and with you shopping around, we are going to pass." Who doesn't shop around when they are looking at an $80,000 vehicle? Phil was very condescending. Very poor customer service from a manager. I even received a text from the salesman apologizing for the way it was handled. 10 year faithful customer lost. More
