Wanted to purchase a vehicle for my business from Ronaldo Lopez. Ran my credit then ghosted me for two days. I’m very thankful I figured this place out on the first one.This was the worst place we have dealt with. Very shady business practices... I feel bad for the customers that don’t know better.. be careful people don’t be sold on a specific vehicle find it elsewhere. More

I purchased a 2015 F150 and have had nothing but problems with the truck. I contacted Alpine multiple times regarding the issues and regarding previous work done on the truck done by Alpine and have not rece with the truck. I was told by Steve that they will not repair things they've already worked on. I was told by Aaron that when they check the vehicle they only look at it and do not perform repairs and will not repair anything that was verbaly "GUARANTEED" to be fixed before receiving the truck. I contacted Michele the owner assistant at a different location but stated she assisted with Alpine South location and expressed the issue to her. I also called her and left a message to call me back after I was told she or someone else woyld call and I never heard back. This dealership is ONLY out for your money and they make guarantees to give you a reliable vehicle that is ran through the "150 point check" and "GUARANTEED" to have all repairs and maintenance done before picking up the vehicle. I am disconnected with the services I have received and absolutely disappointed in the services received and lies I was told. They will tell you ANYTHING ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING to get your money. I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle with Alpine at any location. More

We found our new truck on line at Alpine, told them we wanted it and would come to pay cash for it. It was a "certified pre-owned" truck, which was very important to us and one of the reasons we decided t wanted it and would come to pay cash for it. When we got there, the dealership had put a 2" lift on the truck, which we did not ask for and did not want, but we decided we could live with it. On the way back from purchasing the truck, we got a call from the sales person who apologized and told us that because they had "modified" the truck, the "certified pre-owned" warranty which we had both signed, was void, but not to worry, that they would provide us with a "lifetime drivetrain warranty." Three months later and after numerous calls and texts, the company that supposedly provided that warranty, has no record of our truck being covered. The sales people have failed to get back to us after promising to do so after they spoke with their manager. Alpine doesn't seem to want to deal with us anymore and they haven't lived up to their promise. So, we have no extended warrantee and can't get what they promised. We will not do business with them again and caution others to be very careful when making purchases from them. So disappointing. More
