I recently had some issues with my 2023 canyon AT4X, Which were misdiagnosed by a dealership in Albuquerque. I had a business meeting in Denver and decided to drive to it so that I could have my truck Worked on at Alpine. It was refreshing to have the customer experience I had at Alpine. I'm not sure why they bother with appointments. Both times I've been here has resulted in a lengthy wait. This time took over 25 minutes to see an employee and just short of 2 hours for the oil cha Both times I've been here has resulted in a lengthy wait. This time took over 25 minutes to see an employee and just short of 2 hours for the oil change. This is also the first facility that doesn't wash the car before returning it. I luckily checked my oil life before I left and found it it hasn't been reset. The service agent reset it for me but given my experience of the visit I made her show me the oil was fresh. I assumed my first visit was an anomaly but the second try has convinced me not to return. More

Positive was a problem was found. Negative was that it took 5+ months to fix and communication was a struggle. Battery was dead at the end of the time. Had to pay to get it replaced.
