I had a scheduled appointment at the ‘old’ Alpine address for a Thursday afternoon. When I arrived the person at the service desk asked what I wanted. When I said I had an appointment for service he said”we for a Thursday afternoon. When I arrived the person at the service desk asked what I wanted. Went to their new location for service, which they had told us to do. Had some delays so it was not open yet. Drove down from Winter Park, so we were not happy. A manager was on site and apologized.
