Desde que compre mi camioneta con ustedes me toco esperar sin que me pudieran dar una respuesta, lo entendi, luego me toco esperar otra vez sin respuesta por el Window tint y por el cat back, se me dijo qu sin que me pudieran dar una respuesta, lo entendi, luego me toco esperar otra vez sin respuesta por el Window tint y por el cat back, se me dijo que llegaba en 10 dias y espere 2 neses sin que nadien me informara nada y que la instalacion me la iban a cobrar por separado y las piezas que cambiaron no me las entregaro como deberia de ser, Tuve problemas con la camioneta que se lackeo y ni ustedes ni onstage me pudieron ayudar, lo resolve con solo desconectar la batteries, la parte baja de la defense se esta despostillando la pintura y ahora que regrese con ustedes a mi appointment me puedan ayudar, honestamente no me quedaron ganas de comprar mas carros con ustedes,estoy en nesecidad de.compra 3 camionetas de trabajo para limpieza de la nieve, pero mejor ando checando con otras agencias. En le servicio mecanico que tuve con ustedes el señor felipe(creo) fue muy amable y mi agents de ventas estubo bien tambien, creo que las respuestas por parte de la agencies fue lo que no me gusto! Appointment for nail in tire and engine light. Car received oil change, tires rotated. I didn’t ask for that. Sent my daughter home with mail in tire and did not run diagnostic for engine light. Juan Sotelo was very professional and helpful. Everyone else in Service was not. Including me, there were 6 cars waiting to get checked in and only one Service Tech was making a less than stella Everyone else in Service was not. Including me, there were 6 cars waiting to get checked in and only one Service Tech was making a less than stellar effort getting customers checked in. I got rather assertive with Juan about the situation, I don’t believe inappropriately so, and Juan clearly addressed the lackluster effort of the other Techs to begin paying attention to how many people were waiting to get checked in. FYI…it was clear as I was standing in the garage area that the other techs weren’t busy with helping other customers. Within a couple of minutes there were 4 Techs outside checking customers in. More
