Heavy pressure dealership constantly trying to up sell and get you to spend more money. Be ready to push back hard, as they just don’t let up. Even after you get an agreement they will put the hard sell and get you to spend more money. Be ready to push back hard, as they just don’t let up. Even after you get an agreement they will put the hard sell on you again and again. Then even after I got home, they had the nerve to call me and try to convince me to spend more money with them. Sad thing is that I bought the car here and they still treat me like their own personal piggy bank. Never again. More

I have been your customer for about 15 or 16 years. Your new facility is beautiful and modern. I will soon be 83 years old. I have a hard time with changes, any changes. The employees were friendlier, and considerably more professional. Everything seemed easier. I could watch TV while I was waiting for my car. Now the gentleman and myself couldn't even figure out how to turn it on. No one even came by to offer help. There used to be coffee, water, and doughnuts at the old place.
