I made an appointment last week and was told that I had 3 recalls that needed to be done and it was possible that they would need the truck for two days. Then I called the day before to make sure that they recalls that needed to be done and it was possible that they would need the truck for two days. Then I called the day before to make sure that they had all the parts to complete the recalls and was told that they did and there would be no issues. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:00 AM and first they couldn’t find my appointment then I had to show him my email with appointment info. They had the vehicle all of the day then They called to say the vehicle was done. I went to pick it up and I signed the warranty paperwork then realized they had only done two of the recalls they were both just computer updates. I asked why the DEF harness was not updated to take care of all 3 recalls and the service writer looked it up and seemed confused and then just said it wasn’t ready for the recall. Dropping my vehicle off for the day was not an easy task as I had to have someone pick me up and then drop me off. Not very convenient to say the least. So I guess it’s not a big deal for the dealership to just tell someone a recall is not ready and not give any indication when it will be ready for repairs. Especially when I made the effort to call prior to my appointment to make sure that all the parts were in and was told that it would be taken care of. I don’t know when the recall will be done and I Will probably will try another dealer with hopefully better results. More
I took my car here for service. I am from out of state and did not have a lot of choice, as I needed somewhere that could get me in pretty quickly. However, the professionalism with every single person that I came into contact with at this dealership is absolutely subpar. The shuttle driver that took me to my rental car was extremely unprofessional and swore more than once on the short 5 mile trip. When my car was finished the service manager that I had been working with never even notified me. I got some text message asking me to review my service, but nobody bothered telling me that my car was done. When I called, I was informed that it was done but I would have to wait until the next day to pick it up because the service manager I had been working with had gone home for the day (it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon on a Tuesday), and he would be the only one that could check me out. I did not understand this but just said okay and came the next morning. When I arrived, he was on the phone. He did not even acknowledge me, although he did see me. I found somebody else to help me although he said that he really wasn’t sure what he was doing so he needed to go find somebody else. The person that came over to help check me out but did not even acknowledge me and only talked to the other service manager. I spent almost $1500 to have my car fixed here, they couldn’t even be bothered to wash it. When I walked out to it and I asked them if they don’t wash cars here and I was told yes we do we just didn’t know if that was something you would want. I said yes, of course I want my car washed. So they took 30 seconds and ran it through the car wash and then I got into it soaking wet and half cleaned and left. I would not recommend this dealership for service. Or anything else, More
The service department is horrible. They promised me my truck would be completed three different times so I took an Uber over 10 miles away 4 different times. If they would’ve just told me two days I would’ve been OK with it but instead they kept promising me earlier times and when I showed up they told me it wasn’t finished yet. They also did not do the full service that I requested that we agreed upon. They did give me $50 discount for my troubles but that didn’t even cover my Uber’s. More
