This dealership has an "unwritten policy" that vehicles are not sold until the paperwork is signed. I was on a test drive with a vehicle I was going to purchase when another salesperson sold the vehicle si are not sold until the paperwork is signed. I was on a test drive with a vehicle I was going to purchase when another salesperson sold the vehicle sign unseen to another customer, knowing I had the truck and was going to purchase the vehicle.
