I took my car in for an oil change. On Saturdays I know I have to just come in and wait. However I was there for 5 hours. That is completely unacceptable . Purchase was very easy and painless, vehicle was priced very competitively. Car had a large steak of tar on drivers for and there is a broken piece of trim on the lower right front bumper area that I didn' very competitively.
