Service advisor said they would use my ford pass points towards the services rendered and after paying the bill and getting home noticed that no points were ever used. I had my heated seat fixed last year. Once that issue was resolved, my ventilated seat stopped working which seems directly related to me. I need to use my supplemental insurance to deal with this issue, which will cost me $100. I had the service department complete the diagnosis and order the part. I received a call that the part was in and brought my vehicle for the repair. After an hour and 40 minutes, I was told that the wrong part was sent. It seems to me that the parts should be inspected before scheduling service. It's now been an additional 3 weeks with no word on when this issue will be resolved. By the time I hear back, it will be winter and I won't need ventilated seats for months. Additionally, I've was told by Alphorn that a separate issue I have with the exhaust flex pipe isn't covered under warranty. I've had two different shops say that it is covered. I plan to use one of those shops for future work. More
