Customer service needs a lot of work. They need to step up taking better care of the customer. As customers we should have to source our own parts, push service to keep us updated with us They need to step up taking better care of the customer. As customers we should have to source our own parts, push service to keep us updated with us calling them regarding our vehicle. Too many calls made by us to receive the service we needed. Seems like everyone there passes the Buck to someone else. NOT a good experience. Will be looking for another dealer to use. More

The reason only two stars is it was set up to have my vehicle back by a certain time and it was not. I had to cancel a meeting because of it. Then when I called to find out where my vehicle was Joe tol vehicle back by a certain time and it was not. I had to cancel a meeting because of it. Then when I called to find out where my vehicle was Joe told me he didn't know it was to be back, but on my invoice it clearly stated when it needed to be returned. He made all kinds of excuses for why it wasn't returned on time and then after telling him I would stop down to pay my bill he wanted the gentleman that brought it back to me to collect payment. They also stated that I needed other work done on it and had called me to see if I wanted it done now and when they called it was like 45 minutes before it was to be back, so that would not have given them enough time to do it anyways, so that is why they didn't bring it back. This is not the first time the service department has made mistakes, but they usually make it right but not with Joe. I don't know if I will go back again as having to cancel appointments is not a good thing. More
