Pretty average dealer experience. Not bad; as expected they were fairly pushy with their financing, but that's no great shock bc that's how they get extra out of you. This was a great dealership. Being two young women knowing what we want and looking for noone teued to take advantage of us. Service advisor said they would use my ford pass points towards the services rendered and after paying the bill and getting home noticed that no points were ever used. Amy and Luke we're very nice to work with. Not very satisfied with the detailing job on the truck, 2 star. Paid top end of blue book price, they were pretty firm on sticker price.
