I'm overall very pleased with my purchase and home delivery was great. However, the advertised priced online did not include the dealer's added 'reconditioning' fee of $1400 and I think the $999 proce delivery was great. However, the advertised priced online did not include the dealer's added 'reconditioning' fee of $1400 and I think the $999 processing fee is excessive. I believe online pricing should be more transparent. The title arrived two weeks after the final sale, which I thought was timely. Tony is a great salesman....friendly, informative, professional and willing to do what it takes to make a sale. The fuel gauge showed the car was almost on empty during the test drive, so I asked Tony if he was going to send it to me with an empty tank. He said he would put gas in it, but it was delivered with the low fuel light illuminated. The passenger's side headlight was also out upon delivery. Those things sort of put a damper on the auto purchasing experience for me, but I was pleasantly surprised that Tony contacted me a couple of days later to make sure things were ok. Bonus.....Buddy the cat was the best!! More

Tony was great. Tried to pull all the strings with us and was successful! He explained everything well and was honest. I do wish the bold listing price online matched the tag price on the window.
