Allison has been good to me, she has great customer service- when they say they for the people “with not so good credit” they really are, I was afraid to go and she her because I knew my credit wasn’t service- when they say they for the people “with not so good credit” they really are, I was afraid to go and she her because I knew my credit wasn’t all that great but she helped me get out of my oldie car and got me into a 2019 car. I really appreciate everything she did for me. This was the fastest car buying experience ever ! I will refer my family and friends to go and see her ! Thank you Chase for making all the paperwork go as smoothly as possible- with everyone I encountered just felt like family there. Thank you Ryan for making the car super shiny and clean- I told him no need make it fancy because my car that I’m trading in wasn’t that pretty, he said this is the job he took and making your new car look good when leaving their dealership is what he takes pride in. Thank you Kia Leeward and Ohana Auto Credit for making everything goes as easy as you say. Thank you Mike for helping in everything- Aloha ! More
I am giving my most fair rating I can. Frankly, I do not know how this place has over a 4 star rating. They advertised a vehicle for a price, then once we got there and expressed interest, Frankly, I do not know how this place has over a 4 star rating. They advertised a vehicle for a price, then once we got there and expressed interest, they told us it was an error even tho it was advertised on multiple websites(Carfax, their own website, and military websites). They ended up charging +$1k more. They also stated they just received the vehicle and were just finishing the vehicle which was a lie based on information provided by Carfax(had it from a month prior, fixed and detailed). All in all we managed to still get a vehicle for a decent price, but was gouged for more by this place. On top of that, after a week of owning the car, they never called or followed up with providing a safety registration sticker that was promised by Chase, one of their finance representatives there. With over a 800 credit rating, the best they did was a 9%+ APR with a $6,000 down payment. I would side with not going to this place for any military family looking for help for a vehicle. You will get taken advantage of when you are in a pinch for a vehicle. More
I cannot give this enough stars! I went in just to look. Lesley was very chill and laid back. I was straight from the beginning about what I was there for. I never once felt pressure I went in just to look. Lesley was very chill and laid back. I was straight from the beginning about what I was there for. I never once felt pressured to buy. EVER. He even told me that what I was looking at he wasn’t sure they had it on the lot, as the ones they had were already sold. That still didn’t stop him from letting me look at the different trim levels to see what exactly was in each. Well, I looked at the X-Line trim. And I fell in LOVE. It had the features I wanted and more. Not to mention the interior color was everything I didn’t know I wanted. Mike (the GM) made my day, that specific car was available. I wanted it. The next morning we started on the process. We had an approval within 30 minutes. Great interest rate. Payments where we wanted them. Put the deposit down to hold it, we were putting the money down anyway, until we could both go in after work to sign. Lesley told me to let him know when we were on the way so he could start getting everything ready. When we arrived, the car was already detailed and full with gas. We signed a few documents for credit pulls ect. Got insurance set up and signed all of our paperwork within a hour. Lesley took the time to show me all of the features the car had. Mike did everything in his power to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible. They let me leave my rental in the back as the car rental location was already closed, and when I went in the next day to get it , Mike sat and talked story with me for a while. Both Mike and Lesley texted me afterwards to make sure everything was going good with the car and to make sure I didn’t have any questions or needs. The best part of the whole experience was, THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO PURCHASE. if I would have wanted to take a few days, or look on every car on the lot. I don’t feel like it would have been a problem. They both made me feel like a part of their family and I couldn’t have found a better duo! Definitely check them out! Been going to Waipahu Kia for last 7 years and always getting excellent service from Frank Empron, our go to service advisor. Always prompt and honest. Well, this time the damage on our Soul wasn't wor getting excellent service from Frank Empron, our go to service advisor. Always prompt and honest. Well, this time the damage on our Soul wasn't worth repairing, so unexpectly had to face the stress of finding a replacement, during this difficult times of a pandemic. So, as my wife was getting the bad news, I was waiting with my special needs son and talking story to Sales associate Darby Collado. I've been hearing the nightmares of customers at other dealerships waiting months for the car, and that wouldn't be an option during this crazy times. Long story short, we met manager Mike Camara, a shipment was arriving the next day, and we drove out with a new brand new Seltos, without any interrupts of our already chaotic life. They were both very professional, never pushy, and accomodating! I highly recommend this place to anyone. Their service, sales, and finance departments have exceeded my expectations. More
Darby Collado and Sales Manager Arsenio Blan was super nice and helpful. They helped us pick out a great car. The whole staff were very friendly and welcoming. We always had bad experiences in the past wi nice and helpful. They helped us pick out a great car. The whole staff were very friendly and welcoming.
