Ed wary I have been trying to get a car, mine was in the shop and the service manager, Mike in service was very kind and helped me figure out what was wrong w I have been trying to get a car, mine was in the shop and the service manager, Mike in service was very kind and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. It's more than I want to fix and wanted to get a newer car, new to me... Working with Ed Montgomery. The man tells me one thing and then when the results come back it's something else entirely. Extremely dishonest man, he promised me that he would be able to get me into the car I wanted with no money down (and yes I have great credit) but then he comes back asking for money on the deal. There's this other gentleman I was talking to I think his name is TJ or something like that - nice guy! He sounds like a straight shooter and I can appreciate that. Be honest from the start and we're good, I can not abide by Ed's dishonesty and empty promises and I think the dealer should know. If the review was just on Ed it would be 1 or no stars but TJ and Mike make it 4 stars. More

New to me Truck I went in to Alma Ford just to look around. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle for my self since 1995 :) This was just before the Covid Lock down. Othe I went in to Alma Ford just to look around. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle for my self since 1995 :) This was just before the Covid Lock down. Other lots i had been on didn't have prices in the window, but this one did. I appreciate that because I don't always want to talk to some one when I am just looking or I want to make sure I am looking at something that is affordable to me. So I saw a couple of lease turn ins that were in my price range and had what wanted on them. I spoke to Lyndsie and took a test drive. She was pretty knowledgeable and quite personable. we discussed the truck I like and the rest is history. Thanks Lyndsie and Ed. Also I think TJ was the person that finished up the paper work for the loan. More
