Communication was severely lacking and took too long I was told initially that the repairs would be done within a few days (Thurs to Tuesday). I had to call several times over the next two weeks to get s I was told initially that the repairs would be done within a few days (Thurs to Tuesday). I had to call several times over the next two weeks to get status updates on the work. I was told repeatedly that the vehicle would be ready later in the day and they would call once it was ready. They NEVER followed up. The service manager even stated that he would personally follow up on this and keep me updated. He never called back either. I understand that the repairs were difficult and ultimately could not be done; but dragging this out so long and never calling me or contacting me in any way with updates or changes was frustrating. Keep in mind, it's not like I hounded you guys with calls. I would call couple days asking for an update. I would end up getting either get a voicemail, or someone getting me information and telling me it would be ready later in the day. More
