We had some hic-ups shorty after we purchased the Pacifica. the check engine light kept coming on. After the third time of taking it in the actual issue was found. Each and every time I had to take it in the service department knew I had to wait on the vehicle since my father does not drive. They made sure to get me out as fast as possible with still doing a thorough job. I recently got a recall letter so I had to take the van in. It has been some time since I had been there but all the members in the service office remembered me. I kind of felt like I was with family. GREAT FEELING!! they got the work done quickly! More
