Deceptive, not trustworthy and not experienced enough to work on the cars and I heavily regret buying a new car from this dealer. They install GPS and immobilizer modules in ALL the cars they sell without t work on the cars and I heavily regret buying a new car from this dealer. They install GPS and immobilizer modules in ALL the cars they sell without telling you or disclosing it on the sales paperwork. Yes, this includes cars fully bought in cash. They have the ability at any time to immobilize or track your vehicle even years later. The worst part is that they splice the 3rd party tracker and immobilizer module harness into the car's main harness so good luck getting Kia to warranty anything electrical after they find that. Also, try telling the service department that the dealer installed it. Good luck because AllStar Kia San Bernardino will give you zero paperwork or disclosure about it and won't claim responsibility for the damage it caused to a 2023 brand new vehicle back in May 2023 (Which is NOT NEW). The salesman who sold me the car and service department has lied straight to my face multiple times when I ask if they installed it and they won't provide any documentation about the part or how to disable or remove it. If you remove it, it bricks your car and like mine will end up in a service department unable to start and you'll be busy fighting between the service and corporate because the dealer in San Bernardino will void your factory warranty without telling you or asking your consent to install this device. For your own sanity, just go to another dealer that doesn't pull stuff like this and give your business to someone trustworthy like Kia of Carson who is so kindly trying to mediate this and help me through this. AllStar Kia San Bernardino who has completely abandoned me as a customer after buying a new car outright left me struggling and without a reason to ever give them business again. Yes, the GM is also impossible to get ahold of and doesn't have any intention of helping a customer who just spent 50k. I am more than happy to provide screenshots of the lies and pictures from AllStar Kia San Bernardino to anyone. I will also provide Kia of Caron's repair orders showing the damage done by AllStar Kia San Bernardino. Definitely one of the biggest regrets in life so far being my first new car. More

Cooper and the team where amazing making my deal happen with a 2024 Kia Sportage EX. Love all the new features and they worked everything out with the summer sales event. 2 minutes ago NEW I locked my keys in the trunk! Nobody could open it! I had it towed to Kia San Bernardino and had the most incredible service! I was really stressed when I arrived and was treated with such kindness, it meant so much to me!! Mike, and his entire team, showed such generosity, and I will pay it forward. There are good people in this world, and a bunch of them work at Kia San Bernardino! This is the best experience I have ever had at a service/dealership center. I can't express my gratitude enough!! i purchased my car in oct 2022 the customer service was great during the buying process. it wasn’t until I had a nail in my tire shorty after I needed to get my tire changed but was unaware that there was great during the buying process. it wasn’t until I had a nail in my tire shorty after I needed to get my tire changed but was unaware that there was a tire lock and I was never giving a key for, the mechanic was able to patch the tire while it was still on the car. i went and got an oil change and asked them for the tire key they said they didn’t have it and I had to purchase a new one. mind you I just paid my car off two days after purchasing it I shouldn’t have to purchase a tire lock and key. they told me my part would be there on Wednesday, I called from Wednesday-sat afternoon and finally I was able to get in touch with a manager in sales he said come Tuesday after 10 we have two parts that can be used for your car. I arrived Tuesday morning parts said they never had the part they didn’t know who told me this. I go to sales i spoke with frank. I explained to him that I was upset at the fact that I spent a nice amount of money and I shouldn’t have to go through this. he looked me in the face and said well I spent 51k on my car im like we are talking about my car not yours. Frank then tells me I never bring my car here to get serviced I go somewhere else but I understand you want to get it done here. I looked at him and said wow well if I knew that I would have never purchased my car from here if I knew the customer would be this horrible. he looked at me and laughed Which I didn’t find anything funny after spending my hard earned money in their establishment. Then he walked away out of no where the manager I spoke to over the phone popped up. He definitely seemed to be upset at what frank told him because he ordered me to have a seat and said he would handle it which caused me to be upset because I’m not a child you don’t speak to someone that way. I followed him and frank to parts and services anyway because I wanted to see where the miscommunication came from. The manager turns around and saw me and tells me again in an aggressive tone that he was handling it and I needed to go have a seat. I told him no I wasn’t going to have a seat shortly after mike came out with a spare tire key that he had in the back he was very kind and even demonstrated how to use it in case I needed to. the only pleasant experience I received from this experience was interacting with mike. Everyone else was rude as xxxx towards me again during the buying process they were so great even bought my son and I mc donald’s but afterwards they had nasty attitudes and crazy thing is I just referred a friend who purchased a car from them last month. Think Twice before purchasing your car from this location and make sure to get the tire key if your car has one. More
We recently took our daughter there to buy a car. WE showed them the sheet the bank gave us with the interest rate. They said that 5.84 was not correct that we would have to do 7.4% or something, but WE showed them the sheet the bank gave us with the interest rate. E E decided to wait until the next morning and verify the treasure from the bank. Sure enough 5.84% for 72 months. Showed up at dealership early the next morning. They came out with the paperwork, but we showed them the new letter from the bank. He left and then came back and said the car was no longer available. I am very disappointed, I have personally purchased 2 cars from your dealership and was let down by your dishonest sales crew. It's one thing to not have the car, but to blatantly about the rate we could get just to pad their pockets was so wrong on many many levels. I intend to put this exact letter on any and all social media I can. Sorry for the negative attitude but people need to know what happened. By the way we went straight over to riverside kia and not only did they not argue about the rate, they even sold the car for$1000 less than your dealership. More
