Dirty service I went into the dealership to get a oil change. Waited an extra hour because they said they where washing my car by hand after the oilchange. I waite I went into the dealership to get a oil change. Waited an extra hour because they said they where washing my car by hand after the oilchange. I waited 2 hours. I went to pay and they where charging me extra 50.00 without consulting me or consent for a oil drain plug they just decided to put in. I was unaware of the new part and they removed it and didnt charge me however. Thats stressful. Also' when i pulled off my car looked like they dumped a soap bucket on it and left the sudds everywhere. They where suposed to give a courtesy was wash. More

Service sucks I have had problems with my sliding doors almost from the beginning. They always told me they were ok. Well I still have problems embarrassing when u I have had problems with my sliding doors almost from the beginning. They always told me they were ok. Well I still have problems embarrassing when u can’t open the passenger doors for people. Now they tell me there is a charge of $125 for dianogtis to check the problem. Of course after all this time the warranty expired. Why did they do this test after the 2nd or 3rd time I was there with this problem. Also I called at 7pm that both my doors were locked never got a call back. We climbed over the seats. Seniors. Idiots More

Everyone was friendly, but I was greeted kindly, service was done in a timely manner... There was a hose from the radiator that was not reconnected. My car was not used, and I I was greeted kindly, service was done in a timely manner... There was a hose from the radiator that was not reconnected. My car was not used, and I found the mistake later. I will not trust my car to go there. That is a mistake that could cause overheating and engine block issues. Very upset. More

Vehicle Service Brought our Sportage in for it's first oil change. Jason from the service department told us it would take about an hour so my wife, kids and I were Brought our Sportage in for it's first oil change. Jason from the service department told us it would take about an hour so my wife, kids and I were happy to wait patiently. While waiting our salesman Nick who sold us the vehicle in March came back to check on us and brought us water and showed us where the amenities were while we waited. The kids were happy with the cookies and muffins while the wife and I enjoyed a cup of coffee. Before you know it, Jason came out and told us our car had been serviced and washed. He was very thorough when explaining the service and maintenance. Next service, oil type etc. And it was nice to see Nick check up on us a couple times as we waited. Very happy we went with a dealership that came so highly recommended. If anyone is looking for a quality group that takes care of their customers and vehicles, this is it. More

19 Sportage I had a great experience while buying our 2019 Sportage 4 months ago. Nick was extremely helpful with getting us in the right vehicle. Today we had I had a great experience while buying our 2019 Sportage 4 months ago. Nick was extremely helpful with getting us in the right vehicle. Today we had it in for it's first oil change and everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Our kids loved that there was cookies and muffins to enjoy while we were waiting. We were told it would take an hour and we were in an out within an hour. This dealership has exceeded my expectations of what a car dealership is like to deal with. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle you check out Allentown Kia. More

xxxx show We bought a car September of last year and 8 months later not even I need new tires already! It only has 20k miles on it. Shouldn’t need tires yet and We bought a car September of last year and 8 months later not even I need new tires already! It only has 20k miles on it. Shouldn’t need tires yet and on the service center it says they are not needed to pass inspection. We took the car to another garage and had it looked over and it wouldn’t need pass because one the tires and two we couldn’t get the locking lug nut off they never gave us the tool to take it off it was 1 of 2 things missing in my car when we bought it.. They serviced it and said it needed throttle body service and fuel injection service when it was at another garage and none of that was said to be needed. so I got stuck paying out the xxx for labor for them to take off the locking lug nuts and put on regular ones instead of them just giving us the tool they should have given us in the first place! More
