My appointment was for a Monday. It’s Thursday and they still haven’t looked at my car nor can they tell me when they’ll look at my car. No offer of a loaner, or a rental either. Wow, I should have checked the reviews before I bought here. Sales were great. I had my first oil change on my new Sorrento. Not one, but two employees were rude and unpleasant to me. Called today, 10/26/21, Robin in the Service Dept is rude and condescending, I rescheduled my service elsewhere because of her snippy attitude. I love my Optima but can’t deal with someone so rude. The service department's staff are rude, a simple request to verify their work before signing the completion form. They get upset and will not listen to what you have to the request. DON'T GO THEIR. I have only gone back for recall work and I won't have any other service done. This is what upsets them, they can't get any other money out of me. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! More
I'm 9 months pregnant and I was treated horribly. I went in for recalls and was charged for a laundry list of services I did not request, all on my lease that is just one year old. I usually don't complain but I found the staff to be rude, short, and pressuring. I explained I was on a budget and they pushed payment plans on me, implying that I MUST get the services done. They also charged me for an oil change that was never completed. I had to get it done at a Valvoline the following week. My check engine light has been on ever since and my car is now rattling. I feel they have taken advantage. I contacted consumer affairs and I hope that the situation gets rectified. More
We brought our car KIA in for a recall and informed it would take about 1 1/2 to complete. We informed them we would wait in the lobby as it is our only vehicle. As it turns out it was ready after 1 1/2 hours. Supposedly someone came to the lounge and called our name but nobody responded. They never tried a second time I guess. We never left. They were very unprofessional about the situation. More
