We were greeted by a very polite sales person Humberto Esquivel he asked for the reason of our visit and listened to what we were looking for in a car. He was very professional , listened to what we needed and didn't pressure us. But was very kind to show us all the options that we had , with clear communications we were able to narrow it down to one car and that's when he went above and beyond to make the deal in our favor. We also have to thank the sales manager who also took enough time to listen to what we could afford and made it happen. Humberto made it a very friendly yet professional experience he didn't save an effort to make us feel relaxed and not pressured and showed lots of patience .
