Lots of misleading information, need to be on top of them I found a car on the internet and submitted a request to view the car. Received 2 emails and 4 texts telling me telling me the car I wanted was beau I found a car on the internet and submitted a request to view the car. Received 2 emails and 4 texts telling me telling me the car I wanted was beautiful and clean and would be waiting out front when I arrive, last text was at 10am. I arrived at 1pm there was no car! I was told it was sold. Instead another car was waiting which 7k more and very dirty. Internet price is misleading they told me I needed to read the fine print which assumes I have a trade in of 2k (that is not the definition of price). Agreed on a price but made them promise to buff out several scratches, they promised to do so while I waited. Inspected the car after buffing, the car was still dirty in spots, clearly not even washed and scratches still there, had to make them do it again. Third time a couple scratches still there i complained and was I told there was nothing they could do. More

He noticed and was appreciative of how patient and well behaved our two young children were. It was a pleasant experience overall. He talked us into financing with them and did get a lower APR but the financing charges make the monthly payment higher than they would have been with the other financer, so make sure to ask about the finance fees and monthly payments before making your decision. He shared important information about the car, the manufacturer, and the process. He supported our position throughout the evening and stepped aside when the sales manager spoke with us. The finance manager (Cory) was patient in explaining the numbers for both the dealership and the consumer. He walked us through lease vs financing and helped us explore other "fits" we hadn't researched. We found a better car than we walked in thinking we'd purchase! We walked in at 7pm needing a vehicle and were home by 10pm feeling great about our purchase. *Dealership closes at 8pm and they stayed without annoyance until our paperwork was complete. Very professional! More
