Not the greatest experience I wish I could write this in agreement with the others. We were in negotiations for a vehicle and one night they said they agreed to our numbers of ar I wish I could write this in agreement with the others. We were in negotiations for a vehicle and one night they said they agreed to our numbers of around 18k, payments around 260 per month, and that we would proceed the following day. I was pretty stoked because we were excited for the vehicle we were in negotiations with. When I called the next morning to confirm everything, suddenly the numbers didn't match up anymore. We were now at a 290-300 per month somehow and they could no longer meet the numbers that we agreed to. I told them I would speak to my lender and see what we can do. I got some more information, and when I tried to present where we needed to be, (18k) I was met with silence. No return calls, no return emails or texts. Fast forward to the next day. I pay to get into a video game convention with son down in Philly. I'm there and I get a phone call from Michael saying that they can work out a deal, the numbers were gone over and that we should be good to go. I mention 18k out the door, and he says 'yep we will take care of you". So I figured great! Yesterday forgiven. I leave the convention early (which was awesome and we enjoyed thoroughly) to go get the van. I drive home, clean out my car rush over there. Shane puts the paper down in front of me and it reads 19702. Which is the EXACT number from the day before. I look at him and say no and I get up to leave. A big waste of my time. So not only did they lead me on about the 18k, but they had me leave scheduled family time at a convention that only happens once a year, thinking the van was only going to be 18k. I left pretty angry, and decided to call the manager, who decided to blame me for not agreeing to the numbers and wasting their time. WASTING THEIR TIME. I left something I was doing with my son. Shame on me right? When I thought I was going to be getting something that would help our family out. This has, by far, been thee worst communication I have ever had with a dealership. To be lied to, time wasted, no communication, and then made it sound like it was all my fault for not agreeing to their numbers is unbelievable. I hope nobody else has this same issue because I will certainly never EVER be going back to this dealer. If I could give one less star I would. Side note; The slogan of always say 'Yes' should obviously be changed. More
Left with exactly what I came for !!!! Mr George was great ! The vehicle is certified pre-owned and looks and runs like new. I spent many hours at 5 previous dealerships in the past few weeks and had 2 more dealerships to go. I stopped at Allentown Kia planning to check out a couple of models I was interested in, test drive a few, compare prices ect. and then head to the last dealership on my list before I made my decision. I never made it to the 7th dealership because Allentown Kia and my salesman Michael La offered me EVERYTHING I was searching for in buying a car ~ INTEGRITY ~ Integrity of the salesman, the car, the price, the value of my trade in, the whole package, I wanted it ALL and thanks to Michael, I got it all. He is the reason I left with my new Kia CADENZA! I couldn't be happier and could have saved a lot of time & money if Allentown Kia would have been my first stop. But perhaps shopping at those 5 previous dealerships helped me realize, Allentown Kia offers everything important in making car shopping a successful experience ~ Integrity! Thanks to Michael La and also Shane, I am driving my new Kia knowing I got the best deal in the entire Lehigh Valley! More
