NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! SCRARED TO DRIVE MY CAR!! I DEFINITELY WOULD RATE ALLENTOWN KIA WITH A ZERO, BECAUSE THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT IS A PIECE OF JUNK.. IN THE FIRST WEEK I FOUND OUT THAT THE GAS GAU I DEFINITELY WOULD RATE ALLENTOWN KIA WITH A ZERO, BECAUSE THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT IS A PIECE OF JUNK.. IN THE FIRST WEEK I FOUND OUT THAT THE GAS GAUGE DOESN'T WORK. NOW SLIGHTLY OVER 2 MONTHS LATER THE FAN COMPLETELY BLEW. I HAVE NO AIR CONDITIONING, HEAT, OR EVEN THE VENT FOR AIR. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT ALL HE COULD DO WAS HAVE ME COME UP TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO LOOK AT IT FOR FREE, BUT I'D HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. BUYING THE CAR TOOK ME BROKE AND I HAD TO PAY MORE THAN I INTENDED FOR THE VEHICLE. THE MANAGER ALSO SAID THAT SINCE THE FAN IS NOW NOT WORKING, HE DIDN'T WANT TO SEE IT BLOW UP.. IF THERE IS A RISK OF THAT I'M TO DRIVE THE CAR FOR ALMOST AND HOUR AND PRAY THAT IT DOESN'T BLOW UP!!! THANKS A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW I AM SCARED TO DEATH TO EVEN DRIVE IT!!!!!!1111 More

Great Dealership, but what is with the Market Value Add-On? My dealer, Johnny was great. Very knowledgeable on the car. I had been looking at a specific model for a little bit and had good overall knowledge of My dealer, Johnny was great. Very knowledgeable on the car. Many of my questions were very detailed and specific and Johnny either knew the answer or got it very quickly. That is very impressive for a model of car that is only a couple months old. A plus to them was that they did have the largest in-stock selection of the model I was looking at. Only downside was regarding the Market Value Adjustment price. I had been to several dealerships (Kia's included) and this was the first time I saw it (I'm not from the Allentown area). I did manage to get the car for a good price, but took extra haggling but of unnecessary initial markup. ...but end of the day, they did manage to get me the price I wanted and did it with a smile. Would recommend to others. In fact, I already have. More
