Our salesman, Eli, was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. He answered most of our questions about the Telluride before we asked. After the test drive, we knew we couldn't leave without it. Eli helped us to secure an awesome military friendly deal and even reconnected us with Justin, who sold us our first Kia. Everyone was professional and very helpful! I was on line researching Kia dealers and Sams Club car buying program. A few minutes later I received a call from Nicole from Allentown Kia. She was I was on line researching Kia dealers and Sams Club car buying program. A few minutes later I received a call from Nicole from Allentown Kia. She was knowledgeable on the phone and answered all guestions that I had and gave me directions to the dealership. She also followed up with me a few days later. We were actually overwhelmed when we saw how many Kia’s there were at this dealership! Joe was right there to assist us. He had so much patience, took his time with our questions and showing us all the features of the cars we were interested in. I had my heart set on a Forte since I already owned one. We Took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. We were not really planning on buying it that day but ended up driving home with it! Rob was also very helpful, pleasant and with a great sense of humor. He worked out a payment we were happy with. Johnny explained the GAP insurance to us and finished all the paperwork. He also was friendly and helpful. After a photo of all of us, I drove home with my brand new, shiny Kia Forte LXS as a very happy customer! More

The internet manager passed me off to the salesman Frank. We talked numbers. I called back after my visit to ask a few questions, and voicemails were left and not followed up on by their dealership. I had asked for the limited lifetime warranty details to be emailed so I could review the information, to which it was not provided. I had to inquire about it a second and third time to get the information I requested. I returned on the weekend for purchase, however things were not right. This dealership did not earn my business because they did not honor their own deal that was discussed with the assistant salesman Eli and salesman Frank and sales manager Shane. We agreed on $26200 out the door. The number was written down by the salesman and thoroughly discussed and agreed upon, and another manager ran out the door and loudly hollered out the front door “No, I’m his manager today and I am saying $26300.” Terrible experience overall, I am a disappointed and dissatisfied customer. More
