Eli had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle, was very easy going, went out of his way to make the experience a pleasant one, and communicated with me via e-mail and text when I was unable to make it to the dealership. He even came in on his day off when I was scheduled to pick up the car so that he could go over all of the features with me. I would highly recommend him. He is very eager and customer focused. I'd also like to recognize Rob Lakey, Sales Manager. Rob (and Eli) worked very hard to find me the Sportage I nted with the gray interior (which surprisingly was not an easy find). He also worked with me to get me to a lease payment that I was comfortable with and that was fair. He kept telling me he was going to come through for me and he did. More

Vehicle Service Brought our Sportage in for it's first oil change. Jason from the service department told us it would take about an hour so my wife, kids and I were Brought our Sportage in for it's first oil change. Jason from the service department told us it would take about an hour so my wife, kids and I were happy to wait patiently. While waiting our salesman Nick who sold us the vehicle in March came back to check on us and brought us water and showed us where the amenities were while we waited. The kids were happy with the cookies and muffins while the wife and I enjoyed a cup of coffee. Before you know it, Jason came out and told us our car had been serviced and washed. He was very thorough when explaining the service and maintenance. Next service, oil type etc. And it was nice to see Nick check up on us a couple times as we waited. Very happy we went with a dealership that came so highly recommended. If anyone is looking for a quality group that takes care of their customers and vehicles, this is it. More

Everyone was professional and very helpful! I was on line researching Kia dealers and Sams Club car buying program. A few minutes later I received a call from Nicole from Allentown Kia. She was knowledgeable on the phone and answered all guestions that I had and gave me directions to the dealership. She also followed up with me a few days later. We were actually overwhelmed when we saw how many Kia’s there were at this dealership! Joe was right there to assist us. He had so much patience, took his time with our questions and showing us all the features of the cars we were interested in. I had my heart set on a Forte since I already owned one. We Took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. We were not really planning on buying it that day but ended up driving home with it! Rob was also very helpful, pleasant and with a great sense of humor. He worked out a payment we were happy with. Johnny explained the GAP insurance to us and finished all the paperwork. He also was friendly and helpful. After a photo of all of us, I drove home with my brand new, shiny Kia Forte LXS as a very happy customer! More
