Dirty service I went into the dealership to get a oil change. Waited an extra hour because they said they where washing my car by hand after the oilchange. I waite I went into the dealership to get a oil change. Waited an extra hour because they said they where washing my car by hand after the oilchange. I waited 2 hours. I went to pay and they where charging me extra 50.00 without consulting me or consent for a oil drain plug they just decided to put in. I was unaware of the new part and they removed it and didnt charge me however. Thats stressful. Also' when i pulled off my car looked like they dumped a soap bucket on it and left the sudds everywhere. They where suposed to give a courtesy was wash. More

Service sucks I have had problems with my sliding doors almost from the beginning. They always told me they were ok. Well I still have problems embarrassing when u I have had problems with my sliding doors almost from the beginning. They always told me they were ok. Well I still have problems embarrassing when u can’t open the passenger doors for people. Now they tell me there is a charge of $125 for dianogtis to check the problem. Of course after all this time the warranty expired. Why did they do this test after the 2nd or 3rd time I was there with this problem. Also I called at 7pm that both my doors were locked never got a call back. We climbed over the seats. Seniors. Idiots More

When we arrived at Kia, we were greeted warmly by Bill Meyer and he quickly met our needs without trying to push extras on to us. We test-drove several trim lines and when we were ready to decide on a car, Bill made sure to find a vehicle that best matched our ideal vehicle. While we waited for the paperwork, Bill was attentive to our needs, offering us food and beverages, and even advice on good eats nearby!
