Not even sure what to even say anymore about this place!! But I canceled my gap insurance August 27th. I waited and waited called left messages abs waited more. I have yet to hear a word about it I even double check with financial institution and nothing. Mail me the check oh by the way the insurance stops August 22nd Abby told me... I will say regardless Eric is right! Jake and Eric are very busy so obviously your 1st call may not be his direct line but without a doubt in the end Eric and Jake did the right thing. In fact even after a little back and forth I would def consider buying a vehicle here again (Jake did promised be to be in a commercial ) and I will take him up on that!!! More
Thomas Robinson worked hard to find me the right car last week. Kia was my last stop of the evening. Our initial interaction started with Jessica, who got us in the door. She was persistent and friendly and won me over when I received the personalized video email. I have taken my Kia Sorento to this dealership and have been very satisfied with the service received there. This past Saturday I traded in the car and bought a new Kia. The salesperson was Joseph Carazo with whom I recommend 100%. He was sensitive to my outdated ideas of what I thought I needed in a car and was able to smoothly transition me into the 21st century. He answered all of my outlandish questions and was very quick to let me know I could call him anytime if I needed any further help with the operation of my new vehicle. Thank you Joseph!! More

Even before I came into Kia, I was amazed at the Customer Service provided by Danielle over the phone. It was important to me that she got all my personal information taken care of, and knew all of our needs/wants in a vehicle before I came in, and to make it as organized (and quick) of a process as possible when I came in for my appointment since I have two small kids, and it was, so thank you. When I got to your dealership, I was greeted by multiple people, and then taken back with Dan Medina who is an incredible Sales Professional who is friendly, kind and outgoing. We have been looking for a new car for a little while now, and out of all the Sales Professionals and Managers I have met at the many dealerships, he and Johnny Taylor by far exceeded my expectations and stood out, which is one of the reasons I choose Allentown Kia. Johnny Taylor, took time out of his day to sit down and chat with me (not necessarily about Kia or the Telluride), even knowing I wasn't going to get a car that day, and ensured me he would make sure we were happy (and he did). Unfortunately we were not able to agree on the terms for a 39 month Lease with Dan Medina and a different Sales Manager (Robert Lakely), on the 14th. I reconnected with Dan Medina and Johnny Taylor on the following Monday, and we signed paperwork that night, and will be picking up our car TOMORROW. It was really important that we find a car that fit our families needs and wants (three rows, captains chairs and sunroof) while being in our budget, which I knew would be difficult. Johnny Taylor, made it happen and we are so incredibly grateful for his hard work and dedication to Kias customers. More
