Called today, 10/26/21, Robin in the Service Dept is rude and condescending, I rescheduled my service elsewhere because of her snippy attitude. I love my Optima but can’t deal with someone so rude. The service department's staff are rude, a simple request to verify their work before signing the completion form. They get upset and will not listen to what you have to the request. DON'T GO THEIR. I have only gone back for recall work and I won't have any other service done. This is what upsets them, they can't get any other money out of me. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! More
