I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Allen Turner two out of 3 times despite living 1,000 miles away. Both times intake was smooth, efficient, and prompt. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Additionally, all the sales staff I've worked with over the years are great (Basel Muraisi- 2014 Elantra SE and 2015 Veloster; Troy Cox - daughter's 2018 Accent; and David Purdon - wife's 2019 Kona SEL) all are knowledgeable about the Hyundai brand overall and the specific models I am interested in. Awesome Service When I Was in Distress On Wednesday night after work I got in my vehicle and it would only make a clicking noise. A fellow co-worker Jeanine went to the Service Department a On Wednesday night after work I got in my vehicle and it would only make a clicking noise. A fellow co-worker Jeanine went to the Service Department and returned with a service tech that jumped my vehicle off. I then went to the Service Department and spoke to Jamie and told her I needed a battery and I needed to be at church at 6:30. I also spoke to Barry the Service Manager and he proceeded to help me and Jamie immediately went above and beyond to help me get a battery put in my vehicle. Jamie had me go to the parts department where Kay the Parts Manager went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of a battery, A big Thank You to you all that helped me in my time of need so I could be on my way and make it to church on time. More
