When I was talking to my Sales Consultant, Frank Trommelen, about a different matter, I mentioned that I had not had service done to my vehicle even though it was due and without even hesitating, he offered to personally come to my home, pick-up my car, have it serviced and return it when finished! Now, that is what I call customer service! At this dealership they really care about their customers and do not forget them after the sale. You will not find a better team to take care of you before or after the sale. Everyone I have come into contact with at this dealership has been so professional, caring and willing to go out of the way to take care of their customers. More

We had an emergency with our Santa Fe. The Ac had stopped working and we were on our way to California. We called while we were on Route 10 and they gave us an appointment right away.
