When I was talking to my Sales Consultant, Frank Trommelen, about a different matter, I mentioned that I had not had service done to my vehicle even though it was due and without even hesitating, he offered to personally come to my home, pick-up my car, have it serviced and return it when finished! Now, that is what I call customer service! At this dealership they really care about their customers and do not forget them after the sale. You will not find a better team to take care of you before or after the sale.
