I had my car in for routine service this morning. I knew I would be waiting a while and didn't mind at all. Then I received a call and ended up with a family medical issue. I explained my situation to George and asked how much longer my maintenance would take. George was exceptional! He sped up the maintenance process and even offered me a rental if I wanted to leave immediately! He was kind and compassionate and made my scary and stressful experience much better!!!
