Oh, surprise!!! So, purchased my sonata hybrid for the sole purpose of my daily commute to and from work (170 miles round trip). Knew the car would age quickly in terms of service but 4 mos??? Had "free" oil change done less than two months ago back today for oil change and tire rotation and now that it just went over 12,000 miles I need a wheel alignment???? Right, a lot of highway miles no rough riding no pulling of vehicle but now I need this alignment...no worries if all you wanted was more money out of me you can have the little 80 bucks, it was wirth it knowing that I need to find another service department thats not just trying to make a quick buck. More

Terrible Service Department This is easily the worst experience I've ever had with a Service Department at any car dealership in the 50 years I've been on this planet. I can't e This is easily the worst experience I've ever had with a Service Department at any car dealership in the 50 years I've been on this planet. I can't even begin to let you know how frustrated I am with this dealership and their service department, but I'll at least tell you the story. My 2011 Sonata blew an engine on a trip down to Pensacola and at first everything seemed fine, even though Hyundai took 8 weeks just to get a new engine to the dealership. They put the engine in then took 10 days before they shipped my car back to me in Tennessee. We went to pickup the car and it was sitting at the local dealer and the exterior and the interior were nasty. The cupholders and console were covered in mouse droppings from sitting on their lot for 8 weeks and when we went to start the car the battery was dead. Through it all Barry the Service Manager spent most of the time blaming the Hyundai corporate service people and refused to actually take any responsibility for anything. To top it off I was forced to pay for the battery that died from sitting there in the heat all summer and the starter lever that was damaged during the engine install. Barry even admitted to me that they didn't do any testing of the car after the install since "there was a bad spot on one of the tires." He didn't tell me this until after the car had been shipped back to Tennessee. When the car was finally ready to be picked up after three attempts, it has something dead inside it that we can't find and we're barely able to ride in the car due to the smell. Barry has completely stopped returning calls or texts at this point so obviously no one at Allen Turner cares about our car at all anymore. I also attempted to talk to Allen Turner himself, but his secretary spent most of the call sighing into the phone and obviously never game him my message at all. More

Makes me a believer there are honest, over achievers to help in every aspect to make a happy customer. I came in for a service on my older model and wasn't really planning on buying a new vehicle. Bryan is an outstanding service advisor folks. Dean explained and showed me advantages for an upgrade. He even searched the computer to find what I was looking for. He was very respectful when I didn't understand some of the paperwork, as was Kevin. Rob, thanks for searching and getting the payments where I needed them. I will recommend Allen Turner Hyundia for new car sales n service. More

Troy was a pleasure to work with and explained all the features of the car to us. Since we we were not prepared to purchase, he even followed us back home, so we did not need to return back to Pensacola. Talk about service! They really went above and beyond! We have had 2 other Hyundai from another dealer and are very pleased to have found the Allen Turner in Pensacola! All the people there were very helpful and so kind. We look forward to working with them and recommend them to others looking for a new or used car. Everything was explained in detail and handled with courtesy and care. More

We talked at length about the different models and I took a Tucson out for a test drive. I wasn't planning on buying a car but I was very impressed with the new Tucson and Robin was great, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Bought the Tucson and enjoyed the experience. More

Service team saves the kitty! We had an encounter with a scared stray kitten while driving down Davis hwy last Tues. The poor kitten trapped in lunch rush traffic, ran under my veh We had an encounter with a scared stray kitten while driving down Davis hwy last Tues. The poor kitten trapped in lunch rush traffic, ran under my vehicle when we stopped to grab it up out of the busy street. Still scared but under the cover of my car in the middle of Davis Hwy, this little critter found protection by crawling up in the underbody of my car!! We pulled over in olive baptist church parking lot to try to rescued the kitten. We tried food, water and even the fire department could not rescue our stow-away! We finally called road side assistance, got towed to Allen Turner Hyundia who put the vehicle on a rack and began the delicate extraction process. The service team found the kitten on top of the heat shield for the differential. After securing the little cutie in a nice box, they gave my vehicle an oil change and sent us on our way!!! Thank you so much to the whole Allen Turner services team! More
