My husband and I had been searching for a used car for a month- we had been to just about every dealership within an hour of our home and were becoming extremely frustrated. We had sales people lie to us, s month- we had been to just about every dealership within an hour of our home and were becoming extremely frustrated. We had sales people lie to us, sell a car out from under us, and just in general be difficult to work with. We went to Allen Turner Hyundai to simply test drive a used Toyota Prius that they had- we really had no plans to purchase that day. We loved the car and within about 20 minutes of getting back from the test drive we had already decided on a price with Allen Turner and decided to make the purchase! It was so simple- they helped us meet our price goal and were very efficient. Additionally I must add that they gave us a fantastic deal on the car. We could not be happier with the car or with the service we received. Josh and the other staff we worked with were very friendly, and not pushy at all. Josh told us that they weren't one of those dealerships that want to spend a lot of time going back and forth on price (we had heard that before), that they didn't want to waste anybody's time. Sure enough, when we told him what we thought was a fair price for the vehicle- he went inside, spoke to his sales manager... and we had a deal! I have already recommended Allen Turner to several people and the next time I need a vehicle, they will be the first place I go. I cannot recommend them highly enough. More

Everyone we worked with was very professional and friendly. We liked the no pressure approach. All of the paperwork was done in a timely, efficient and professional manner. As you can imagine, while looking for a new car I had been visiting several dealerships and talking with many different personnel. Several dealership personnel were OVERLY communicative making me feel li been visiting several dealerships and talking with many different personnel. Several dealership personnel were OVERLY communicative making me feel like I would be in the hands of some high-pressure sales, and just flat out being annoying. FOR ME, this is a huge turn-off to the entire dealership, no matter how great the deal or the vehicle. However, with my Allen Turner Hyundai experience, from the get go, David was very polite, professional and communicated at just the right amount from initial contact online, to phone, to in person. It did not take me long to decide on my vehicle. This was equally due to my personal desire and research, as it was David's salesmanship and patience. My first truly enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience as far as the actual sales and negotiations. I already knew the vehicle (2103 Elantra GLS) was fantastic!! I am counting on the Allen Turner Hyundai service department to be as outstanding as the showroom department! :D More

Oldsmobile isn't in the list for 'Select vehicle brand purchased/considered' so I just said Acura. I ended up leaving the lot with an '01 Oldsmobile Aurora. Jason was helpful with running back and f brand purchased/considered' so I just said Acura. I ended up leaving the lot with an '01 Oldsmobile Aurora. Jason was helpful with running back and fourth to get keys to test drive and supply information. Initially the dealership closes at 7 but all 3 of them stayed well over (about an hour) to help finalize the deal and see me drive off the lot. I'm satisfied with everything and the car runs smooth, thanks for everything. More

My overall experience was very good. I bought a new Genesis and my salesman Kal was very personable and knowledgeable about the Genesis. My one concern was that my salesman Kal left the dealership a couple days after my purchase, and having a specific point of contact right after buying a new car and customer aftercare is extremely important to me. When I called for help about my new Genesis, I was directed to a sales manager named Ben, who said I could call him for assistance, but I wished the dealership would have been more proactive letting me know the original salesman was gone and designating a specific person to help me with problems, concerns, and questions about my new Genesis. Dealerships should know that the most important part of the sale, especially to the buyer, is after-the-sale customer care. Again, I want to say my overall experience with Allen Turner dealership was very good, and if continues to be a favorable experience and I like my Genesis, I will be a repeat customer and recommend Hyundai to others.
