This is the fourth time we've been to this dealer. Al the employees i talked to or saw all seemed in a good mood. The three other times was to look at a new car and do some test drives. Each time we talked to Raul. He has been very friendly and very informative. i actually really appreciated that he was not pushy or overbearing as i have seen salesmen at other dealer in the past be. we told him our situation and that we wanted to buy and knew when we would be able to. he was very friendly and easy going while in there the few times looking at different models and test driving a few different cars. We just went and bought the first car we plan to buy from them today. We bought a '13 Elentra limited. The purchasing process was surprisingly easy and laid back. they didn't play any of the games you read horror stories about. they had a very clearly printed sheet with all the numbers filled in, they showed us the invoice price right off the bat. they gave us a pretty fair price for our trade in. when they brought the paperwork over, it had all the taxes, fees, payments all laid out, all the different options. it was very straight forward and a way easier purchasing process than i expected. we're currently waiting for them to get in the other vehicle we want to buy (Sante Fe limited 3 row) as they are just hitting dealers. we expect to be purchasing the Sante Fe from them within the next few weeks. i have no hesitations about purchasing a second vehicle from them and expect the next purchase to be just as easy as this one was. We will be using Raul as our salesmen for the next purchase as well. i would recommend this dealer. fair prices. easy purchase process with no drama and everything was very upfront and clearly printed out for us to look over. really can't think of anything that could have made the purchasing process any easier or more straight forward. From the minute you arrive at the dealership, you are greeted by someone with a smile. That first impression was a lasting one for me. Next my saleman ask what kind of vehicle was I looking for and generally what kind of options would I like to have on my new car. After a brief discussion Luis came up with a general list of vehicle that we could look at. I must confess. The Santa Fe Sport caught my eye from the moment Luis showed it to me. From my wife perspective, the Santa Fe Sport was a very nice fit for her medical need. She has problems with both feet and the hight of the seat was perfect for her. (on a side note - My wife was not pleased with me as she wanted to look at all the cars/dealers on her list. But I believe the Santa Fe Sport won her over with many, many features and options that came with the car) During the process of working out some numbers that would work for my budget, Luis was highly motivated to work on my behalf with Finance Manager. Initially, I though the offer for my truck was a little low but in the end, I got a very fair price for my trade and a 500 dollar military discount. The finance manager worked extremely hard on my behalf to get the best possible financing. Finally, Dominick (the business manager) had my purchase set up and ready to. I really say, I have never had a new car sales experience like the one I had at Allen Turner. As Dominick pointed out, my car has a 100,000 mile or 10 year coverage for the power train, front wheel drive and engine and that for a modest price, I could get many, many other services added to that coverage. What sold me was no payments for oil changes for the length of the warranty. I realize that there is so much more that I purchased with my plan, but for me it was nothing like my last purchase where I was told I needed to but a paint protectant plan and a fabric proectant plan. That was my error. With the package I bought with my new Santa Fe, I know I am getting real value for the money I am spending. Hyundai my be a Korean name plate, I know that my car was built in the USA and the quality of workmanship and the fit and finish of my car are second to none. More

This is the third car our family has purchased with Frank and ATH within 2 years! He makes the process as stress free as possible, very enjoyable and fun. If he is unsure of a process or option, he finds t and ATH within 2 years! He makes the process as stress free as possible, very enjoyable and fun. I also appreciate how he has no problem involving young adult children in the process so they are more familiar with the buying process. Our son actually came from Texas to purchase his first car (that he was paying for). Frank worked with him over the phone and online to meet his needs. Matt was also very helpful and organized. He tried to get through the process quickly as it had been a long day when we made our decision. George was contacted for the managing the options we added and has quickly taken care of our needs and made appointments for our convenience. I have had some BAD car buying experiences before but never at Allen Turner. They make you feel appreciated and don't get pushy. It is like you are part of their family. More

The experience with Allen Turner Hyundai start to finish was a great. I spoke with Shahid on the phone about the car I was looking for. When I arrived on Saturday, he had the car ready for me to test drive. Following the test drive he walked me through the user manual pointing out everything I needed to know about the vehicle. Dominick made the payment process easy and stress free. He's a friendly guy that obviously knows his job. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Allen Turner Hyundai. Shahid and Dominick were great to work with. Their knowledge of their jobs was evident and they cared about what they were doing. I had my car in for routine service this morning. I knew I would be waiting a while and didn't mind at all. Then I received a call and ended up with a family medical issue. He sped up the maintenance process and even offered me a rental if I wanted to leave immediately! He was kind and compassionate and made my scary and stressful experience much better!!!
