I recently had to take my Genesis in for its regular maintenance, oil change and, tire rotation. I was having problems removing tree sap that had landed all over the hood of my car so I casually asked i maintenance, oil change and, tire rotation. Roger, our salesman, took over from there. They needed to keep my car for a couple of hours so that their detail crew could work on it, it took a little longer because it was so bad. Roger made sure we had a loaner vehicle to drive and kept us informed as to what was going on. They also put a protective clear coat on for me...all at NO charge!! They took my problem and made it theirs, corrected it and made me one happy girl! From the first time we set foot in their dealership we have been treated with courteousy and respect. There was never any pressure or hard sales pitch but, I must say, one test drive in the Hyundai Genesis and we were sold, I knew that was my new car. I have had such bad experiences at other car dealerships I had come to expect it, not so at Allen Turner. I highly recommend the Genesis for anyone looking for a new vehicle, go to Allen Turner and you won't be dissappointed. The service and people there are number one in my book! More
I PURCHASED A NEW GENISIS IN FEB 2013 . PLANNED A VACATION TO START 7 MAY PACKED THE CAR TO DEPART EARLY AM. DECIDED TO CHECK UNDER THE HOOD PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS IN MA VACATION TO START 7 MAY PACKED THE CAR TO DEPART EARLY AM. DECIDED TO CHECK UNDER THE HOOD PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS IN MANUAL FOR CHECKING OIL QUANTITY FOUND ONLY A TRACE OF OIL ON THE DIP STICK. HAD NO ENGINE CHECK LIGHT OR ANY OTHER INDICATION OF A PROBLEM WITH OIL. TOOK VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY TO DEALER. WAS TAKEN IN IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL, PROBLEM VERIFIED. TECHNINCIAN FOUND OIL FILTER HOUSING CRACKED. NO PART AVAILABLE UNTIL FOLLOWING DAY. SINCE WE HAD HOTEL RESERVATIONS AS WE WERE BEGINNING OUR VACATION, SERVICE MANAGER AND SALESMAN WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE US A CAR FOR US TO USE ON OUR VACATION. THEY DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET US MOVED TO THE LOANER AND ON THE ROAD IN THE SHORTEST TIME FRAME. COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER STAFF TO WORK WITH AND WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE OUR VACATION AS PLANNED. Are you kidding me? Who does that? Everything was so easy. Their financing beat everything else, and the paperwork was a breeze. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy, no upselling, and honesty - who knew??? I am so happy with my purchase - I got the exact car I wanted at a better rate that I thought was possible. It does seem that all employees should be delivering the same message or going to the appropriate expert for information that they might not have at hand. Extended Service Warranty, Maintenance Warranty, Financing Terms, etc. Initial contact 5/3-5/4 was attempted by internet, first through Hyundai then directly to Allen Turner web sight. E-mails would not process so I got no call backs. Later the following week I tried the internet mail again and the system was up. I got an immediate response. Finally this rating website is not easy to use. Needs a seperate id than what I just set up at Allen Turner. It deletes the brand purchased every time it find missing info somewhere else. More
