They know their product, and have no problem in explaining any question, no matter how small, to you. I had trouble deciding on which dealer to go to, as "Car City", as it is called in Pensacola, Florida, offers many, many car dealer options for vehicles, and it can be overwhelming to decide on which one to visit. I remembered seeing a TV commercial recently with Mr. Allen Turner that showed his calm, clear, to the point explanation on why to visit his dealership. It really made a good impression on my decision to go there. The Sales Associate, Mr. Troy Cox, was so very knowledgeable, and all through the process kept me at ease saying that everything was going to be fine with my purchase, and Shadhid Manzoor, the Business Manager, ensured me that I was going to save every penny possible that there was to save. I am more than 110% glad I chose to go there. I am a very proud owner of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS/Limited new car! I have had it only three days and have already given several of my close friends a ride. What a different experience than when I went to the kia dealer. There was no pressure on us at all, Luis Vilar was straight forward with us and not pressuring us in how much we had to spend or wanted to s dealer. It was a rainy Saturday and I had just had open heart surgery just 4 weeks prior, and Louis drove us around both lots several times looking at the different models that we wanted to see. He went above and beyond what I felt a sales associate should have done. We were very impressed. When we decided on the vehicle we wanted, he came with a very good offer with the discount incentives that he mentioned right up front. He got the price down to what we felt was a fair purchase price for the car. It exceeded what I ran on line with KBB and Cars.com. Both my wife and I test drove it and were impressed with the knowledge he had about the car during the drives. Eve afterwards when we were waiting for the financial guy to do his thing, he was still showing us all the features about the Santa Fe Sport. Even the process with Dominick went smooth and he was even able to transfer our tag instead of having to buy a new one, because it was over 15 days since we gave our van to my step-son and his wife.
