Jacob did a great job exhausting all alternatives with financing a used car in combination of trading my 2008 Hyndai; had minor problems that were fixed (rear light went out after 3 days). This was our first visit to Allen Turner Hyundai. Troy Cox was very patient with all of our questions and always answered them so we totally understood. We took a test drive and decided on the Elantra. Once in the sales office we were also greeted by Ben Smith, Finance Manager. He and Troy made sure we decided on the financing option that was best for us. We never felt pressured to make any decision we were not comfortable with. Mr. Turner greeted us upon the final sale to thank us for our purchase and to be sure we were pleased with our experience. we have purchased three cars now from Allen Turner yet i was still pleasantly surprised with how streamlined the process is. I never feel pressured or jerked around and like the open conversations - not sal was still pleasantly surprised with how streamlined the process is. I even found the financing process DIGNIFIED AND COURTEOUS despite all the civility, i still drove off the dealership feeling that i had been fairly treated and had actually negotiated a good deal. by far the friendliest dealership I have ever gone into. not only did they do exactly what they needed to to make sure we got a brand new car but they did it with such kindness. I started my new car hunting by looking on line for several weeks before going to the dealerships. My intentions were to go to several of the dealers to kind of work them for the the best deal. I went to the dealer that had the car that was my first choice but being a Saturday they were busy and I was totally ignored. Then I went across the road to the Hyundai dealer. ( witch to be honest was number five or six on my list) That's were I met Frank Trommelen. What a down to earth guy.After talking to him for just a few minutes we had the car that was best for me.After dealing back and forth for a little while we had a price that I thought was fair. I really thought I could of saved a couple hundred more off but couldn't beat up a nice guy like Frank. Practicing something my father taught me is not to make a large purchase on the same day it is negotiated. So I told him I would sleep on it and text him on Sunday. I did and we went to the dealership for purchase Monday night. Frank was off so we met Dave Purdon . He is also a good guy and turned out to be a neighbor. Sounds like a customer for life. Not quite. This is were it goes down hill. After waiting on the finance guy to get to us for over two hours. We go in. He seems nice. He tries to sell a oil change package. I decided not to get it because of the long drive to have it serviced.No more was said and we signed the papers and was done about 30 minutes after closing. I am guilty of signing them without looking closely.After I go home I discovered that I payed for a extended warranty I did't want or was even discussed.. To sum it up they took it back off but do I really want to do business with a firm that employees a crook. At this time I say no. More
