Great experience After visiting 2 other Hyundai dealerships, I am so glad I decided to visit Allen Turner. I had decided I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. At the fir After visiting 2 other Hyundai dealerships, I am so glad I decided to visit Allen Turner. I had decided I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. At the first dealership I went to (in Alabama), I walked around the showroom about 20 minutes and was never spoken to, which I take as a sign of poor customer service. I had contact with the second dealership (in Mississippi) by email and then by personal phone contact. I told the sales person what I wanted and was told they had 3 vehicles equipped the way I wanted in the colors I wanted. When I arrived, I spent over an hour being jerked around with ZERO vehicles I wanted on the lot. When I went to Allen Turner, I was met by Troy, treated with respect and shown 5 or 6 vehicles to choose from. The first day I was in a hurry and left with no pressure from Troy. Two days later I went back and purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport. The experience with Troy, Matt and Ben was the best I have had purchasing a vehicle in over 30 years. Congratulations to Mr. Allen Turner, he has put together a team to be proud of. More

Several months ago I went through a search for a vehicle. My final decision was with a dealership in another county. Roger Spadaro of Allen Turner had put in time and effort in helping me in my search. When he called me to follow up, I informed him that I had purchased a Hyundai at another dealership. His response was, "I hope you are happy with your car. If there is ever anything that I can do for you in the future, please let me know." Those words stuck with me because he showed me dignity and respect. Three months later I was, again, in search of another vehicle. I contacted Roger and within a few days I had the vehicle that met all my needs and in my price range. Roger's motto was, "We will make this happen for you." Roger is a man of integrity and cared about me and my needs above all else.
