I had my car in for routine service this morning. I knew I would be waiting a while and didn't mind at all. Then I received a call and ended up with a family medical issue. He sped up the maintenance process and even offered me a rental if I wanted to leave immediately! He was kind and compassionate and made my scary and stressful experience much better!!! Raul was completely knowledgeable and patient as a saint with a couple that hadn't purchased a new car in a decade. It was also a real pleasure to work with Dominick. He's a big fellow and could have been intimidating if he didn't have such a pleasant and professional personality. My husband and I were looking for a new car. Since we've owned a Sonata for 10 years and loved it, we decided to look at the new ones. We discussed financing, cost, etc. Louis was not "pushy" at all about buying. When we left there we decided to go to Eastern Shore Hyundai to check out their prices/cars. Their car selection was good but that was all. The salesman was very pushy, as were 2 other employees. In fact, all 3 followed us to our car to try to sell us one. We returned to Allen Turner and bought the original car we looked at. One of the main reasons we got it there was our salesman, Louis. He was very nice, not overbearing (like the other place), easy to work with and professional. Another thing that impressed us with Allen Turner was that Mr. Turner called us himself to make sure we knew that the company would work with us on our terms. When we returned to the showroom, he came over and thanked us and said if we had any trouble/questions, contact him. This was exceptional customer service. More
