I came on the lot at Allen Turner Hyundai and was greeted by a very nice sales person named Brad Rankin. He asked me how he could help me and since I didn't know what I wanted , he took me around both of their lots showing me different vehicles to get a feel of what type of car I was after. Once we had a look around he asked me to let him bring a car around that he thought would be perfect for me , I agreed and guess what...it was : ) It had everything I was looking for plus a whole bunch of awesome extras like a panoramic sunroof that opens with the touch of a button, bluetooth with voice commands, 450W audio system with 8 speakers, 7'' touchscreen navigation with rearview camera and proximity key entry with push button start. What I also was impressed with is that it didn't take all day , they took care of everything for me and I was in and out and on my way in my new car that I absolutely love in just a few hours (and fits my budget). He worked with us in finding what we needed not what he wanted to sell us.. We have bought a number of new cars over the years & I would have to say he was the best salesman ever. If you knew my husband you would understand, he even liked Steve, & that says a lot for my old xxxxxxx husband... Then he got the Finance man involved...Matt was so kind & understanding we told him where we needed be even after Gap & he met or stipulations even a $1 less. The whole experience was a pleasure... Matt also as well as your salesman, at all time handled there self so professional, made us feel so at home, & when Steve offered me a Diet coke I looked at my husband and said these guys will be just fine.... :) We will buy from your dealership again & of course word of mouth is a good thing... but for KIA I hate it won't be good.....
