What made this visit so unique was how willing Frank and Shahid were to put me in a new vehicle. I never thought that with my budget that I would walk away with a brand new 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Just what we needed We visited the Used Car Sales side of this dealership, over 50 miles from our home, after having an extremely bad experience with a dealership in our We visited the Used Car Sales side of this dealership, over 50 miles from our home, after having an extremely bad experience with a dealership in our hometown. We felt defeated and like we would not be able to get another vehicle, which we badly needed. Upon driving on the lot, we were immediately greeted by a sales associate, Robert Cason, who asked questions regarding what we were looking for, etc. After showing us a couple of cars, he asked us to come inside to an office so that we could look online to see what we liked the best to save us time. He was very personable and we enjoyed talking with him as we filled out preliminary financing paperwork and he looked for an appropriate vehicle for our needs. He found a vehicle that he thought best fit our needs and took my husband on a test drive while we waited for bank approval. While they were contacting the bank, one of the Finance Managers, Mike Whelan, came in to ask us some questions about other loans that we had on our credit report. He was so nice and made us feel totally at ease and readily accepted our explanation of some life circumstances with a smile and a 'no problem'. The previous dealership that we had visited made both of us feel as if we were trying to do something illegal or take advantage of them in some way at this point in the process. We did not experience anything of the kind here! After waiting a small length of time for financing to be approved, Mike again came to us and told us that we had been approved and that there were no problems. They had worked hard for us and arranged financing with no money down and no trade in. It was such a relief and we were so thankful. Next we were shown to the office of Finance Director Matt Farley, to sign paperwork. He was a pleasure to deal with and helped us go through the many forms that must be signed. He was very thorough and clear about what we were signing. Again, so very nice. I cannot say enough good things about this entire experience and the sales and financing personnel that helped us. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to return again when it is time for us to purchase another vehicle. More

The advertised vehicle I'd come in to see wasn't quite what I wanted, but before leaving, Jesse let me drive a later-model Santa Fe that had caught my eye. I liked it, but then had to leave for another appointment to see a car offered on Craigslist. Instead of trying to rope me in, Jesse said he appreciated that I was honoring my appointment, as he would do the same. I liked the Santa Fe a lot, but after driving the private-party's car, I was very torn between the two. So my wife and I checked out some other used-car lots, test driving other cars while continuing to discuss my two "front runners". Finally I found myself drawn back to Allen Turner's and that Santa Fe. I drove it again and realized, "This is it." Jesse helped me with the paperwork and couldn't have been more of a pleasure. His team filled my "new" car with a full tank of gas, and off I drove in my very nice Hundai Santa Fe.
