Jesse pulled the truck around for us in a driving rainstorm so we didn't have to get out in the rain. We were under some time constraints and he was very cognizant that we needed to be completed with this transaction in just an hour or so. Great Experience For the last few years I have been looking at vehicles for a new used car. After reviewing Allen Turner's used cars online I sent an inquiry regarding For the last few years I have been looking at vehicles for a new used car. After reviewing Allen Turner's used cars online I sent an inquiry regarding a 2012 Acura. I immediately received a response back from Bobby Hooper that the Acura was still available. After a few general questions on my part I was able to visit the dealership the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Bobby was extremely easy to talk to, friendly, and professional. We were able to take the car for a test drive and crunch a few initial numbers for my trade. I was planning on going out of town that day for the Holiday weekend and was not prepared to buy that Friday. Bobby was understanding and kept up with me over the weekend regarding the status of the car. I was able to visit again on Monday afternoon- take another test drive and Bobby again was extremely easy to talk to and printed requested information on the car. I did not feel rushed at all. Mike Whelan and Matt Farley were able to look at the numbers and make things work where I felt it was a good deal for both parties. Matt also explained the loan process and how things worked to get my the lowest possible rate and be at a payment I was comfortable with. It was a great experience- one I was a little nervous for at first venturing into a car dealership by myself, but I did not feel intimidated at all and all three managers were eager to help when I had questions.
