Fantastic, Great, and Very Pleasant We visited Allen Turner, plus 4 other dealers to pick out 3-5 vehicles that struck are interest ( Sandy Sansing, Anderson Subaru, Eastern Shore Hyund We visited Allen Turner, plus 4 other dealers to pick out 3-5 vehicles that struck are interest ( Sandy Sansing, Anderson Subaru, Eastern Shore Hyundai ). The Subaru deal would not even talk price and he was informed like all the others that it was a cash deal. Eastern Shore was trying to sell a car they did not have and the manager and several others were standing in the office eating while our salesman tried to get pricing and find out what kind of vehicles they had on back lot, they would not answer question or tell us anything. VERY BAD Sandy Sansing was good but could not get a good price, and My wife and I do not like one dealer putting down another dealer we are dealing with on our shopping day. For we had a limited time to buy her birthday vehicle. When we walked up to Allen Turner, WOW no rush of sales people, as we looked Mr. Basel walked up asked if he could answer any question and this started our relationship with him. He was polite and gave us pricing and any gave an invoice with our price on the vehicle that we wanted not one other sales person would give us an invoice. We told him that we are going to test drive several vehicles from other lots, and take our time picking out her new car. He was fine with this and when we got down to the last 2 vehicles he was ready to make a GREAT DEAL. Basel is a real gem in the car business and Allen Turner should be VERY PROUD to have him as a salesman. Will be back in a few to but my new car and you can bet Basel will be the salesman. More
