We had the most pleasant experience with Byron Davis at Allen Turner Hyundai. Negotiation was also a breeze. They came in with a fair price based on on research from the start and there was no need to haggle and no concern we were being overpriced. Byron was the Goldilocks of car salesman- friendly but not too friendly, sold the car and the features but gave us enough quiet time to contemplate the car, assertive but not pushy. When we stepped on the lot and met Byron, Byron immediately put us at ease with his warmth and friendliness. By the time the deal was done a week or so later, I felt like we had made a friend. The dealership matched his warmth and attentive care. From the finance guy (Kevin Genest), to the front desk, to issuing the license plate and registration, everyone went out of their way to help us. Gina Hunley was particularly helpful; we are military are changing registration from state to state is a costly pain, but she figured it out a way to register quickly and cheaply in our home state.
