Sultan was a new salesman and didn't have all the answers but he took the time to get them for us. When we got home we found two rock dings (Not from us probably during transport) . Took it back that afternoon and got it approved to repair at no cost. If you need service be sure to stop by the waiting room and get one of those fresh donuts and great coffee. More

Thorough, Professional I was in need of a new car since I made Pensacola my second home. I knew Hyundai cars have come a long way. Not only was I familiar with their solid reviews, but I had even driven a few models when I needed to rent a car for business purposes. They (Elantra, Sonata, Tuscan, Santa Fe) all felt very comfortable and had the appropriate user-friendly, digital features I needed for a car. Since Allen Turner Hyundai Dealership was right in Pensacola and has a good reputation, I visited their site to view their cars. Basel immediately made himself available and provided undivided attention to my needs, concerns, and questions. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with Hyundai cars. After further discussion, I decided on the Santa Fe. He then introduced me to his associates (Shahid and Kevin) to take care of the financial issues and the service maintenance dept (their office and maintenance area are big, but also nice and comfy!). I found it quite awesome that Basel even went over every detail and feature of my Santa Fe, even though I was somewhat quite experienced in them. In addition, he was nice and patient in setting up my Bluetooth iPhone and instructing me in how to use it (only feature I had no clue in using). Overall, AllenTurner Hyundai (and Basel) made it relatively easy for me in buying my first ever car. However, just prepare yourself for some long paperwork process/signatures - unfortunately, it's a necessary evil. I highly recommend to visit and speak with Basel (if not available, then Shahid) if you are interested in a Hyundai car. More
