He fulfilled each request and inquiry from me promptly and honestly with no gimmicks or run-arounds, and is a heck of a nice guy on top of that. Our finance manager Kevin Genest walked through every detail in the paperwork and explained everything courteously and honestly. I shopped around extensively before searching in Pensacola, and nobody compared to Frank's honest and no-nonsense manner, which is why I commuted 3 1/2 hours to make the purchase. The vehicle price was also the lowest in North Florida, and there were no last minute surprises when signing the papers. Though this is my first Hyundai (and the ride is awesome!) I can honestly say that I will only call Frank when it is time to replace our other vehicle in a couple years. I highly recommend this dealer and advise any shoppers to save the time, skip the games, and go to Allen Turner Hyundai first. More

No pressure to try and hold us, just great, informed answers about the cars we asked about. We told her we didn't want to talk money yet, and she didn't bring it up.
